Yes, you can change your email address by following these steps: Log in to your account. Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the page. Select Settings from the dropdown menu to access the Settings page. On the Settings page, you’ll find the option to update your email address. Make the changes and save them..

Yes, you can change your password, just logged in into your account then follow these steps. Step One: Login into your account. Step Two: On top right corner you will see the dropdown with your just click, it will expand. Step Three: Now click on setting, it will redirect you to the setting page, now you can easily change your password.
You can reset/recover your password, just go to the login page and click on Forget Password,then it will redirect you to the recovery page, just type your username/email, then you will receive your password recovery email shortly.

Orders

We accept orders of $100 or more; orders below $100 are not eligible. Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling $250 or more!
You can cancel the order by just writing an email to wirelessneed@gmail.com or you can just go to your profile, then click on contact/support then write a message to us with orderID and also the reason why you are cancelling it. You are responsible for 30% restocking fee for order that is cancelled after the Sales Order is issued & processed. The definition of Processed is when the product requested has been put aside for fulfillment of the order. This will be an automatic response if we receive no notification from you for 7 business days.
We offer 7 days exchange on defective products. All return and exchange products must be in its original condition. A credit or exchange may be issued per request upon inspection. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Exchange may be accepted for any defective products. Please refer to Limited Warranty Information and RMA form for details. After the RMA number is issued, the products must be received within 7 business days for the RMA to be valid. We do not offer return shipment on return/exchange/defective products, unless the products were sent from us by mistakes. Shipping charge(s), re-shipping charge(s), and a 30% restocking fee may apply to all rejected or returned package(s).
